Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

7. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
